In response to the needs of flydubai, a prominent airline in Dubai, Derby Concierge Services embarked on a mission to develop a sophisticated promotional and discount web application. The objective was clear: to create a comprehensive platform that not only offered exclusive discounts but also provided a range of promotional tools to enrich the employee experience. By leveraging our extensive network of merchants and partners, we curated a diverse selection of discounts and offers specifically tailored for over 1000 flydubai staff members.
Our innovative approach didn’t stop there. Recognizing the varying preferences and interests of employees, we introduced two distinct tiers of benefits. Tier 1, represented by orange cards, offered enticing discounts on a wide array of products and services. Meanwhile, Tier 2, denoted by blue cards, granted access to premium gym memberships, catering to those seeking wellness-oriented perks.
To ensure seamless access to these benefits, we developed a user-friendly web portal, featuring a white-labeled interface that showcased all available offers in a clear and organized manner. This portal served as a centralized hub where flydubai employees could effortlessly browse through discounts, promotions, and rewards, making the process of availing benefits both convenient and efficient.
Throughout the project, Derby Concierge Services assumed full responsibility for managing every aspect, from negotiating with merchants to designing the user interface of the web portal. Our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service underscored our dedication to enhancing the overall employee experience at flydubai.
